3.               What information we collect and why.

3.1     We typically collect personal information that which is submitted on our League Entry Forms, giving the requisite contact details for each club Secretary, Treasurer, Welfare officer and Team captains. We also collect the names and TTE ID numbers for all players.

3.2     This information is then collected in our League Handbook where hard copies are sent to all registered team players. This information is also published on our website.

3.3     The only sensitive information we collect is the basic data about children (minors) under 13 as provided by their parents, who normally quote their own phone numbers and email addresses.

3.4           The membership administrator for the league will have access to all the data that players provide for the TTE 365 membership manager: i.e. name, address, date of birth, gender, email address, phone numbers, nationality and table tennis affiliation. Any individual member can access and amend their own records via the TTE Membership portal here.

3.5           The amount of detail available for the league administrator is dependent upon the access level that has been set by the individual in the TTE membership database. There are three GDPR access levels.

3.6           Basic – Access to membership number, Full Name, Age Group and Gender.

3.7           Contact Only – Everything that Basic gives with the addition of Home, Mobile, Work, and Email address. This minimum level of access is essential for all team secretaries and preferred for all members so that email updates can be sent to individual members of the league.

3.8           Full Record – Their entire record which will also include their address and D.O.B.

3.9     Any subsequent correspondence sent to players, only uses data supplied on League’s TT 365 web portal and only to members that have selected contact only as the minimum level of access.
