Basement Dwellers will top Division 1 over Christmas having gained maximum points at Mad Batters. Vince Court, Rod Richards and Paul Rees all recorded maximums for the Dwellers. Marcus Short took 2 points for Mad Batters in a narrow 5 set defeat to Rees.
Martin Rant and Eddie Ferris notched maximums for Gnomads in their 34-11 win at Minehead A. Dave Veale won Minehead’s only singles with a 3-1 success over Nigel Foster.
In Division 2 House Martyns scored a fine win over table topping Barn boys. Andrew Burt took maximum points for the Juniors and was well supported by Joseph Burt who added 6 singles points and Ellie Baker who added a further 3 points with her first singles victory of the season.
White Horse kept up their title challenge with a 34-9 success over St. Audries. Jamie Robertson and Ian Rew scored maximums for the home side. Andrew Godfrey defeated Colin White 3-1 to take St. Audries only singles.
Charly Sly and Luke Westcott combined to give Kites a maximum 15 points from their Junior League encounter with Kestrels. Charlie Lazarus and Jess Westcott scored 4 points for the Kestrels.
