A fiercely competitive match that went all the way to the doubles before being decided in Batmen’s favour.
Nobody remained undefeated, but for Batmen, Vaughan Parker and Nick Osborne both scored 2, whilst this was rivalled by Wanderer’s man of the match, Dave Nicholas & Steve Kent, also with 2. Finally the match was decided by a 5 set doubles as Vaughan & Nick came through against Dave & Steve.
