An eerily quiet Wisbech Table Tennis Centre, with only 1 match played on the night, hosted a Battle Royale between Rhubarb Crumble & Eagles 1st with 8 games going to more than 3 ends.
Eagles 1st had man of the match Owen Turner in fine form with a maximum, whilst Keith Phillips lost only to Dave Rowell.
Rhubarb Crumble’s points came from a great team performance, as Dave Rowell scored 2, whilst Aaran Shaheed and Mark Conway both scored 1, before Dave & Mark secured the draw with a narrow 5 end doubles win over Owen & Keith.
