The Annual General Meeting of the Worcestershire County Table Tennis Association will be held on Tuesday 3rd July 2018 at 7.30pm in the Ron Thomas Room at Kidderminster Harriers Social Club, Stadium Close, Aggborough, Kidderminster, DY10 1NB.  The Meeting is open to all members of all leagues affiliated to the Association.

Each local league shall be represented by an Accredited Representative who shall hold an official Accredited Representative’s form signed by the General Secretary of that local league.  Only the Accredited Representative shall be entitled to cast the vote(s) of that league.
