Those parking at York Railway Institute for away matches there must obtain an evening permit, costing £1, from the gym attendant. Failure to do so may result in a £60 charge. At busy times parking can be difficult, even impossible, at RI. On these occasions it is suggested that people park in the Council car park on Nunnery Lane, which costs £2 after 6pm.
