PRESS REPORT – Sunday 31st Oct
To allow for rearrangements due to Covid, several free weeks were built into the fixture list. So just 3 matches were slotted into this free week which should mean virtually all teams will now have played their first two fixtures.
A narrow 5-4 win by NA Falcons over Taverners was enough to see them head the second division table. Colin Harrop came away with a maximum for the Taverners but a fine all round performance from the Falcons clinched the victory.
Torre Panthers have started their Division 3 campaign well, picking up a 6-3 win over Dawlish, Jason Prescott on his league debut for Dawlish was unbeaten collecting all of Dawlish’s points.
Joe Holmes making his first start for NA Kites had a maximum which helped his team to a 7-2 victory over NA Vultures.
