EGM Meeting 21st February 2024
To All Members
It is proposed to hold the EGM at 12.30pm on Wednesday 21 February 2024 in the Pavilion immediately following the Wednesday playing session.
All Members are urged to attend and it would be helpful if they would notify Faye (or Iain after Feb 1st) of their intention to do so before the meeting.

WCTTC is affiliated to the West Chiltington Sports Association
The Club is affiliated to the West Chiltington Sports Assocation, and means the Club will continue to be able to play its home League and Cup matches in the New Sports Pavilion, and also use the Pavilion for Club events.
