The home team Basildon B had a win 7-3 over Grays B with a strong performance. Charles Yeung continues with his last week's performance (vs the Premier side Northlands Park A) and has proven a strong contender in this league winning all his 3 singles matches and only dropped one game. After loosing to Mike Trendell (a left hander with antispin!), Gary McCarthy quickly picked up his form by winning his 2nd and 3rd singles matches and the doubles with Charles. Malcolm Henstock of the home team also won a single.
Grays B has also put a respectable resistance with Mike Trendell winning two and one for Dimitry Kisil. Max Southby had a fruitless pursuit on the night.
