A big win for Hadleigh Forum who have taken over at the top of Division 2 as a result.  The strong team of David Woolmer, Colin Barham and Peter Lucraft swept through the 9 singles with few problems.  The exception to this was the game between Chudi Ukpaka and Colin Barham.  It wasn't until Chudi was 2 sets down that he suddenly came to life and made a real match of it.  The final set swung to and fro before Colin got the benefit of a net and the very faintest of edges on match point to edge home by 11/9.  Really hard luck for Chudi who accepted his misfortune with a smile.  At the end of the night he and Errol Anderson teamed up to win the doubles in straight sets to earn a consolation point for their team.
