Stanford 'C' moved off the foot of the table with an emphatic 7/3 win over Canvey.  Colin Digby was the top performer with a maximum and he ended a good night when he joined up with Tony Papasifakis to take the final doubles.  Colin was well supported by Tony, with 2 wins and John Handscombe, who chipped in with the other point.   Tony Molisso with 2 wins and Steve Robinson with 1 win scored the points for Canvey.  No luck for Jo Hills on the night.
