Hadleigh Forum strengthened their position at the top of the table, courtesy of a 7/3 victory over Stanford 'C'.  This match marked the return of Forums  Keith Willett to competitive action after a break of some years.  His double, plus two wins for Peter Lucraft and a hat-trick for Tony Mace ensured a comfortable win for the home side.  Colin Digby was the best player on the night for Stanford.  He won his first two games but couldn't quite get the better of Tony, eventually going down 8/11 in the fifth set.  Finally,  John Handscombe and Mark Farley teamed up to win the final doubles.
