This was a close match where the majority of games went the full distance and every player made a contribution.  Tony Papa was the hat-trick hero for Stanford 'D' in his sides 6/4 win over Wickford Community, ably supported by Mark Downey with 2 wins and Mark Farley with 1 win.  For the home side, there was a win for each player and the closest of these saw Steve Choi get the better of Mark Farley 9/11, 9/11, 11/9, 11/7, 16/14.  The final doubles was an equally close match but eventually Wickford Community prevailed after 5 close sets.
