Stanford recovered from being 5/2 down to get a hard earned draw in their home match against Basildon 'D'.  The final doubles went the full distance before John Handscombe and Tony Paps got the better of Andy Roff and Satwant Gill in a 5 set encounter.  There were no unbeaten players in the singles with the best performances coming from John and Satwant with 2 wins each for their team.
