A convincing home win for Basildon Hospital over Wickford Community but this looks to have been a much closer match than the 9-1 score would  suggest.  Only one of the games was decided in straight sets and half of them went the full distance.  For the home side there were maximums for Clive Beauchamp and Chudi Ukpaka and 2 wins for Mike Smith.  Steve Chooi secured the only point for the visitors with a win over Mike.
