Match Report

A very close match saw Adrian Armstrong record a maximum as he led his Stanford side to a narrow 6/4 victory away at Basildon Hospital.  He was well supported by Rob Salvage, playing up from Division 3, who won 2 games and the pair of them won a very close doubles at 12/10 in the final end to deny the Hospital a share of the spoils.  No success on the night for Ben Clow also making the step up from the lower division.  The consistent Chudi Ukpaka won 2 games for the home side with Mike Smith and Errol Anderson recording a win apiece,
