With another big win, this time at the expense of Basildon Hospital, Wickford Cricket Club have strengthened their position at the top of Division 2.  A hat-trick from Dave Norris and 2 wins apiece for Ron Coutts and Brian Ward, plus a doubles victory, saw them run out 8/2 winners.  For the Hospital, Chudi Ukpaka recorded 2 wins.
