A big win for Wickford Cricket Club who are maintaining their title challenge despite the absence through illness in recent weeks of the experienced Dave Norris.  The evening started well for Basildon Hospital when Clive Beauchamp and Kieron Wood took the opening doubles, but that proved to be their only success, and thereafter the home side took the remaining games fairly comfortably.
