At the recent Aspire 2Be Welsh National Table Tennis Championship, there was success for a few Eastern Valley League players. The most successful being Ray Goulding who became the Veterans over 60 champion with his win over Dennis Bromage in the final. Other notable achievements were for Lee Thomas in finishing runner up in Vets over 40 singles and, in partnership with Mark Farrow, runner up in Vets over 40 doubles.
