The match of the day was undoubtedly the top of Division Two clash between the leaders Cwmbran Eccentrics and second placed Cwmbran Dynamos. Unfortunately both teams had a player withdraw prior to the match but they enlisted the services of guest players to fulfil the fixture. Player of the match was the Eccentrics' guest player Wayne Ford with 3 wins and he was well supported by John Thomas also with 3 wins and Lincoln Alford with 1 win. The Dynamos were unfortunate to lose all 5 of the matches that went to deciding sets, otherwise the result could have been quite different. The Dynamos Alex Jones and Will Smith Haddon picked up 1 win each and guest player Michal Policht fought hard for his 5 team points.
