AGM
The date of the next AGM the 22nd August 8pm at Cwmbran Stadium.
A number of amendments and suggestions have been made and the management committee have created a set of bye laws which have been issued for consultation. There are some ammendments to the clubs constitution as well.
Specifically:-
Players representing Gwent Table Tennis Club across competitions e.g.. Team Championships, British League
Promotion and relegation within divisions
Substitute players within the same division
How we decide to structure a league if team entries go beyond 28 teams i.e. create a third division.
These changes will be voted on on the night so I encourage you to save the date to have your say.
Please ensure your team has representation at the meeting. Half the committee's roles are up for nomination. A proxy voting form is attached. This must be returned to gwentttc@gmail.com by Friday 18th August 2023 otherwise it cannot be used on the night.
A voting member is any adult who has paid full membership for 2022/2023 or has paid their 2023/2024 membership.
