I have had lots of queries for Winter League 2023-2024

Please find attached an entry form. It is very clear on the entry form how I will prioritise entries. So to guarantee yourself a spot I encourage you all to act early.

AGM

The date of the next AGM is likely to be 22nd August. We are finalising matters now and will be in touch shortly.

A number of amendments have already been suggested to the constitution specifically:-

Players representing Gwent Table Tennis Club across competitions e.g.. Team Championships, British League

Promotion and relegation within divisions

Substitute players within the same division

How we decide to structure a league if team entries go beyond 24 teams

These changes will be voted on on the night so I encourage you to save the date to have your say.

Please ensure any items you want discussed at the AGM are put in writing to andrewryder2@gmail.com in by close of play Friday 21st July 2023. Otherwise it will not be discussed.
