gwent summer league 2023
Following the success of the Summer League in 2022 we intend to run another summer league starting on Tuesday 6th June 6.30pm at Cwmbran Stadium. All league matches are on a Tuesday from 6pm for a 6.30pm start. The booking finishes at 9pm.
The number of fixtures/Divisions will depend on the number of entries. Teams are 2 a side with 2 singles matches and 1 doubles match. Fixtures will finish by 9pm. The costs for each player is £4 per evening. More than 2 players can register in a team. If the third player plays the doubles please pay £10 for the team that evening.
No previous league experience is needed to enter the competition. If we receive enough new players interested in playing we will create a be-spoke league for new beginners giving everyone the chance to enjoy competitive table tennis.
If you know of anyone who would like to put themselves forward for a beginners summer league please let me know. Any former players looking to return? This is a great chance to get back into the sport. New players who have not completed a membership form will be required to do so but we do not intend to charge any team fees for this event.
