As you know all full and associate members of Table Tennis England are already covered for Public Liability as part of their membership.
For the new personal accident cover all player members of Table Tennis England are included, as well as licensed coaches, “authorised volunteers” and officials.
Many members work as volunteers in their local leagues and clubs. You will be covered by Accident Insurance whilst you are working in this role but it is important that your are recorded as a volunteer by your local club/league.
If your league is using TT365 a role of League or Club volunteer can be created on the system and is accessible by Table Tennis England HQ. If your league or club is not using TT365 then your details, as a volunteer, need to be recorded at Table Tennis England.
If you are aware of non-playing members of your league or club who assist in setting up tournaments or assist at clubs then they can also be covered by the Accident Insurance but they will have to be created as an Associate member of Table Tennis England and recorded as a volunteer.

Hope this helps,

Anybody who wishes to be marked as a non-member League Volunteer should let me know
