Pat Duffy will meet you at the front door of Bertha Park. The janitors have requested that we try and enter as a group on the first night. They will show us to the small sports hall, and also where the tables are kept, though they have said that they will put them up. On future nights they have suggested that we use the fire exit that opens directly into the hall.

Peter McIntyre, though not there initially, will be available from 8pm for you to hand over fees.

Also the nets available from the school are not the best quality, however Peter has secured 7 decent nets from TTS. These may not be available on the preseason night.

Unfortunately I am away next week, but hopefully you will find the new venue a step up from last season's.
