The next 2012/13 Warwickshire County Championships will be held on Sunday 6th January 2013 and entries are now being accepted.

The tournament is held at the 15 table venue St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre in Warwick and offers competitive play for all age groups, with events for Under 11’s, Under 13’s, Under 15’s, Under 18’s, Seniors, Over 40’s, Over 50’s, Over 60’s and Over 70’s players. There are also restricted events where the seeds and other highly ranked players are excluded giving others the chance to shine too.

There are changing/shower facilities at the centre.

Play will commence at 9am and continue to approx 7pm

This will be the first championships run with online entry and immediate result publication on the web using Tournament Planner which is the software that produced the results for the last World Championships in Rotterdam and the last European Championships in Herning. This is a great step forward for the County Association in that this will be the first competition run in England with such a service.
