The table tennis family is being urged to help the Sainsbury’s School Games win a prestigious award from the National Lottery.

The Games’ 2013 edition in Sheffield – which featured almost 100 table tennis competitors, including disabled players, in individual and team events – is one of seven finalists in the Best Sport Project category of the 2014 National Lottery Awards.

The winner will be decided by a public vote between June 25 and July 23.
