Match Report
This was a close match where every player made a contribution. Jo Hills was the top performer for Canvey with two wins, all her games going the full distance. For Basildon there were two wins apiece for James Spencer and the evergreen Dave Kirston. The match was finely poised at 4/5 but then, because of the strict finish time at their venue, the home side were forced to concede the final doubles. A great shame.
