This was a thumping home win for Stanford 'C' over Wickford Community 'A'.  The visitors sole success on the night came when Steve Chooi recovered from 2 sets down to beat the experienced Chris Crooks in what proved to be the best game of the evening, Steve eventually came out on top by a score of 6/11, 9/11, 11/2, 12/10, 15/13.  Elsewhere it was plain sailing for the home side with none of the remaining games lasting beyond 4 sets.
