Dear Secretary,

There will be a Delegates meeting on Tuesday 24^th September 2013 in the Nightingale Hall   at Rolls Royce Leisure Club, Moor Lane, Derby commencing at 7.30pm.

It is vital that either you or a representative attend this meeting as each team/club will receive handbooks, scorecards and pay team fees. There will also be the opportunity to purchase match table tennis balls.

Please note it is your responsibility to cascade this message on to your team captains to attend as well. The first League fixture is week commencing the 7^th October followed by a Walter Reeves Handicap cup match.
