This was a great match to watch, played in a fantastic spirit, and deservedly won by the in-form team on the night. Congratulations to the 2018-2019 Champions, Long Eaton 1.

A national table tennis tournament is being organised for NHS staff to mark the health service’s 70th anniversary. - ( poster )
The tournament will be held on Sunday, 23 September, at the Draycott Table Tennis Centre in Derby.

Congratulations to Thomas, Rob and Mick, and commiserations to Stuart, Jane and Tony. It was a very enjoyable, well-balanced final decided by some exceptional play. Next year's competition will be eagerly awaited.
