2015 Annual General Meeting
Dear Member,
Once again all Members, past and present Officials of the Association, Players and those interested in the future of our Association are invited to our Annual General Meeting to be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 13th May 2015 in the OLD Table Tennis Rooms (entrance between the Tennis Courts) at Rolls Royce Leisure, Moor Lane, Derby.
An agenda will be emailed to you all nearer the time.
Secretaries and Club Captains should refer to the current handbook Rules 9 and 10 which define requirements for attendance at the AGM.
Please come along, see what our plans are for 2015/2016 and nominate your Officers and Committee members.
