Upnor fielded their strongest line up when they visited 2nd placed Howard 3 but could only manage 2 points when Peter Worthington and Dave Gracey got the better of Alex Clarke. All other games went to the home side with John Kane back to treble winning ways and Derek Bartholomew continuing his unbeaten late start to the season with 3 good victories including coming back after losing the first 2 legs against Worthington. This was Upnor's first Doubles defeat of the season.
