Chatham Dorset are now 6 points clear of the relegation places following another good performance against the higher placed Luton 3. Despite losing the Doubles they secured a draw mainly thanks again to the maximum achieved by Charlie Cook. Cook's teammate Julian Barker started the evening well for the home side with an impressive comeback win against Ian Sayer but then lost out to a Kevin Flannery fightback. Flannery performed a 2nd comeback win in 5 legs against Dorset's luckless 3rd player Max Day. The home side's 5th point was earned when Phil Goldsmith conceded his last singles against Barker due to injury.
