Keith Ball of Luton showed his class by getting three at the expense of the Boxley trio of Steve Neilson, Jim Bradford and Paul Paulding although Paul took him all the way to the fifth set.  Lawrie Wilkie had a good night with wins over Jim and Paul and Mary Ball also beat Jim.  For Boxley Steve got 2 and Paul one.  Luton won the doubles to eke out the 6-4 win.
