A two man Howard III secured all of the available points at the Howard against Gannet, but not without some resistance from the hosts. The opener saw Sam Mustapha win the opening two legs before the consistent Chris Morford took legs three and four 13-11 and 11-9 to set up a decider. A nip and tuck end saw Sam prevail for an 11-9 win in the fifth. Neville Forsyth was in top form to beat Chris, Sean Durkin and Liam Coake three straight, while Sean and Liam both claimed a leg against Sam.
