Upnor had Peter Worthington to thank for a hard fought draw at Rainham. He was the only treble winner, but it wasn't easy, saving two match points to finally overcome Rikki Clarke 12,10 in the fifth and coming back from 6,2 down in the fifth, to defeat Gary Clarke 11,8. Vinnie McAneney is much more consistent this season, and this was evident in his two victories, an excellent three leg win over Shane Jarret and a 11,6 fifth leg win over a luckless Martin West. The doubles was won by Upnor to secure the draw
