Ramsbottom Town A in the Bolton & District Table tennis League didn’t have it quite all their own way as the met Nomads. They had a comfortable 19-15 win with no players of either side able to achieve maximum points. Second placed Wigan TTC had a comfortable win over Wingates 23-11 with nines from Paul Clark and Daniel Watkinson. Polonia Club A move up into third place. They had a 17-15 win against Hilton D assisted by nine from Lukasz Serdiuk. Now fourth-placed Ramsbottom Town D had a 19-13 win over Farnworth Social Circle A despite a resisting nine from John Hutchinson. In fifth place, Coburg lost out 16-13 to second from the bottom Heaton Cricket Club A whose David Hall produced a nine.
