Notes from Match Sec.
Hilton C had played Matthew Kennedy up from Division 2. Unfortunately there was not enough spaces (5 places between both teams) between Hilton C (Div.1) and Hilton E (Div.2) as per rule 12(I).
I even went as far as un-finalising all week 16's matches in both Div.1 and Div.2 to see if that made a difference for which it didn't.
Therefore Hilton C will forfeit games for Matthew Kennedy as he was ineligible to play this match and will be fined £3 in line with Rule 12 (iii).
