A match result submitted to the Bury League website was identified as potentially suspicious.
Following a thorough investigation, the committee reviewed the facts and concluded that the submitted result was fictitious, and the match in question had not taken place.
The committee has therefore determined that the result shall be voided, with both teams awarded zero points for the match. In addition, both teams will incur a deduction of 10 points, fines will be levied, and final warnings have been issued to the club members involved.
This matter is now considered closed. The committee extends its gratitude to all teams and players for their cooperation throughout this investigation.
