The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at the Hollington Community Centre Wishing Tree Road North, St Leonards-on-Sea, on Monday 15th August 2022, at 7.30 p.m.
May I remind you that, in accordance with Association Rule 9, any Club affiliated to the Association, which is not represented at the Annual General Meeting, shall be liable to a fine of £10 and that no person can represent more than one Club at this meeting.

To clarify voting rights at the AGM:-
You must be a member of Hastings & District Table Tennis Association, i.e. a current league member (last season) and/or serving in one of the roles on the Executive Committee.
Any changes to the League Format, Reserve Rule etc. can only be agreed by a vote of members attending the AGM.
