At the last AGM there were discussions about the League format with an aim to reduce the time taken for a match to be completed. Unfortunately there was insufficient time to review options.

As this is an important issue then any changes need to be considered carefully. The Executive Committee has considered various formats and has narrowed down the options to 4 possibilities, details below. (continued)

The final matches of both the Watts Cup and Minor Trophy will be played at Bexhill this evening (Thursday 19th May 2022). The address is 10 Station Road, Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex,TN40 1RE.

The presentation for the League for season 21/22 is planned for Sunday 22nd May at Hollington Community Centre after the completion of the Hastings Closed Competition. (continued)

Owen David Hatter
Passed away peacefully at the Conquest Hospital on 30 April 2022.

Beloved husband, dad, grandad and friend.

All welcome to his funeral at Hastings Crematorium on Wednesday 18 May at 1.15pm. No flowers please, donations if desired to St Michael’s Hospice.

It is with much sadness we inform you of the death of Owen Hatter last night (30th April) in the Conquest Hospital, Hastings. His family were at his bedside. Owen was 80 years old and had been in poor health for some time. He was admitted to hospital just a few days ago. (continued)
