Week Four

In a quiet catch-up week, Trinity A climb to second place in the first division by narrowly beating Henllan A20-18. Stuart Dearden won all three matches dropping only two games, both to Sean LucasMelvyn Bookerrepresenting Henllan beat both Eddie Chan and Alan Hopper without losing a game and Sean also beat these opponents losing a game to each. The game turned in the favour of Trinity A when Eddie Chan fought back from two games down to beat Jonny Hughes in five, coupled with a narrow five-games doubles victory. 

In the second division Crag-y- don B achieved their first win emphatically beating Rhyl C 30-1. Maximums here for David Roe, Billy Hayes and Bob HughesRhyl C won a game in the doubles where Colin Bliss played his only game of the evening. Bridget Prescott came closest to securing a game in the singles going down 14-16 in the third to Billy Hayes.
