In the Handicap Cup two evenly matched teams Police B and Trinity B with less than two points per game between them turned into a one-sided semi-final. Police B only won two encounters both secured by Peter RobertsRoy Williams representing Trinity B won all three of his singles restricting his opponents to 30, 26 and 21. Elliot Goddard beat Stan Wan to 18 and he teamed up with Roy to win the doubles again to 18 points ensuring victory by 110 points.

In the President’s Trophy Police A were set the task of restricting Amlwch B to below a 30 point average in each encounter. In six matches this was comfortably achieved especially thanks to James Wan bating Matthew Winnett to 16 points. James and Brian Cooke each won their singles matches. The sole Amlwch Bwin witnessed Emyr Owen getting the better of Roger Lee 40-34, but this was not enough Police A won by 20 points. Police A now meet Henllan B in the final, they secured their place by default because Rhyl Aconceded having only two eligible players.

In the first division Rhyl A recorded their first 30-0 victory of the season at the expense of Y Morfa A. Maximums here for Eliot PlattDavid Daniels and John Hughes at the expense of Rob StanwayJason Coe and Chris HendersonY Morfa A also lost out to Trinity A 14-22. Ken Connor securing a maximum in the process. Chris Henderson produced an excellent three straight games victory over Stuart Dearden and a narrowly beat Eddie Chan in a five-game thriller. Eddie Chan beat Rob Stanway also in three straight games, this feat was repeated by Jason Coe at the expense of Eddie.
