We are now half-way through this season’s league fixtures. However due to illness and shortages of players due to other factors, only four of the sixteen teams are up to date with their fixtures. Well-done Police A, Henllan A, Y Morfa B and Rhyl C. I am aware that a number of teams are scheduled to play in the free week before Christmas. Hopefully we will be able to catch-up when both the later stages of the cup competitions are in full swing in the new year and through the use of free weeks.

Cup matches ideally need to be played in their correct week or before. If there is problem and the game needs to be played a week late this would take preference over a league match. Remember it is possible to play with two players or forfeit these cup matches sacrificing progression, this will have less impact on the teams playing in the later rounds of the cup competitions.

The preliminary rounds of the divisional cups are scheduled for w/c 19th December

Trinity A v Llandudno   and  Y Morfa B v Amlwch C

These fixtures are decided by sets won. If 5-5 then games won will determine the winner.  Points won will be required if level on games and if still the teams can't be split then the away team wins.
