Entry form

25.  All players registered by the closing date for entries shall be eligible to enter the Closed Tournament, providing the player’s registration fee has been paid in full before the date of the draw and each player has played in at least one League match before the Tournament.

There will be seven competitions

Three aged based comps so that everybody is playing in groups at the same time.

On the day of the tournament “Under 40s”, “40 – 64s” and "65 and over” Singles 

Three age groups will be established using the birth dates in our membership records.

Ladies Singles

Senior Singles and Consolation Singles (played in seeded groups to guarantee game time)

Doubles - drawn doubles with stronger players paired with weaker players based upon published handicaps.

You will be entered into all the competitions you qualify for to ensure you have a full and varied day of table tennis.

There is no charge for entry into the competition.

If you wish to enter the tournament, please send your name & club to: seanlucas1963@btinternet.com and although he is prepared to receive entries up to midnight on Friday 24th March it would help if you got your entry in earlier to help with the organisation of the day.
