Paul Paulding and Bob Ellis both completed trebles against the Luton Invicta contingent of Mary Ball, Tony Dunnage and Lawrie Wilkie although Mary took Bob all the way to a deciding set and Lawrie took a set from Paul.  Mary, Tony and Lawrie all had their way with Jim Bradford although Tony struggled to 11-7 in the fifth.  The doubles went to Boxley in three straight 8, 4 and 9.
