A comfortable victory for Sturdee 2 at Newington Village Hall over strugglers Luton 4. This must have been quite a short evening as only one game went beyond the 3 legs. Keith Ball tried his best for Luton beating Ted Tydeman in the 4th game and then staging a great comeback against Peter Stokes and remarkably winning the last leg 11-0 !. Sturdee's Mike Porter was in mean mood only losing 35 points all evening in his 3 single victories. This result will leave Luton 14 points from safety.
