History repeated itself in this match. When the two sides met in week 1 of the season Parkwood beat Boxley  9-1 with Barry Roles beating Dave Hopkins for Boxley's consolation point. Parkwood repeated the scoreline at their home venue with Roles again getting the better of Dave in another 5 leg battle. Ross Childs and Vince Spicer are in great form and went unbeaten although Gary Hentschel did push Vince to a 5th leg but Parkwood deserved their victory and now sit a massive 22 points clear at the top of Div 1. The chasing sides do have a game in hand but it is hard to imagine Parkwood letting things slip on current form.
