Rainham 2 have not done their clubmates Rainham 3 any favours this season taking 19 points off them in the 2 matches between the sides. This 9-1 defeat means that the 3rd team fall back into the bottom 2 of Div 1. Only Jim Davie got on the scoresheet for the home side beating John Coleman in straight legs, He also took Mick Hambelton to a 5th leg before losing 11-9. Jaspal Plaha and Tim Davie had no joy against Coleman, Hambelton and Player of the Match Nick Trythall. The 2nd team are 4th in the table and play 3rd placed Luton 3 next week whilst Rainham 3 face another difficult game against Div 1 leaders Parkwood.
